Our fee is depending on how much money we are to raise and how challenging we think it will be to succeed. Our fee structure is a two-tier arrangement: a) a fixed fee split in 4, payable when certain pre-set milestones are reached, and b) a success-fee varying between 3-10% depending on the amount to be raised. The lower amount the higher percentage.
